Over the last year we embarked on a new strategy continuing to deliver best practice intercultural arts and good relations projects and events across Northern Ireland to transform communities through shared creative experiences.

Over the last year we have experienced continued growth and development exceeding targets and providing new opportunities for us all to learn and grow together in shared creative dialogue.
INVESTMENT IN PEOPLE
Our creative team is our most important asset. We have continued to provide year round employment, skills development and training working with artists across our diverse communities
OUTREACH & ENGAGEMENT
Working across the arts, education and heritage sectors, we delivered 345 workshops & performances to 10,600 participants in music, dance and visual arts to connect cultures and communities.
Returning for its 11th year, the annual Mela continued to be one of the largest arts events in Northern Ireland celebrating our cultural diversity through a high quality programme of world music, dance, arts and food.

We have delivered a targeted marketing and audience development strategy to value of £1m sharing the story of Northern Ireland’s growing cultural diversity and widely promote cultural engagement opportunities across the country
