To engage in capacity building of artists and volunteers in order to support the delivery of programmes and events that reflect the diversity of the region
To challenge perceptions and promote equality and mutual understanding
To provide unique opportunities for artists to develop and share their knowledge and expertise in partnership with artists from other cultures and backgrounds
To provide unique opportunities for the appreciation of diverse cultures
To proactively engage with people who little or no exposure of the cultural richness of our multicultural society
